Processing Time

☻ www.brinseyandco.com is RTS, MTO, & Choose Your Style 
☻ MTO & Choose Your Style is made & shipped within a 2-4 week TAT (business days Monday-friday, not including holidays). RTS is shipped in 1-3 days 
☻Please keep in mind, there is only one person running this shop & products are handmade so patience is appreciated! 

Customizations

☻If you’d like something different than what you see here, email info@brinseyandco.com or send me a DM on Instagram @brinseyandco so we can discuss the details of the order & create a custom listing for you.
☻Custom orders are final sale & will only be processed after payment is received.
☻Normal TAT applies unless otherwise stated
☻ Custom listings expire in 48 hours so please pay promptly 

Sizing & Quality

Please be mindful of sizing when ordering, i do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing due to the custom nature of each order. If you need help deciding on a size, please reach out to me!
☻ Shirts & fabric are very soft & amazing quality! I’m very selective about how products feel & comfort is important to me! Fabric is custom scaled & printed & made in the USA. 

Wholesale Availability  

☻ Currently offered for certain accessories with a 2 week TAT. 
☻ MOQ (minimum order quantity) is 10 PER print. This is to ensure you are ordering for a business & not for personal use 
☻ Please reach out to me to finalize wholesale orders & prints 

Local Pickup  

☻ You will receive a text or email with pickup address & instructions. Please pickup in a timely manner. I do not offer delivery. 

Shipping Policy

☻Shipping is first class (standard) or priority mail (expedited). First class is an estimated 5-7 days. Priority mail is estimated 1-3 days with insurance. ☻“Pretransit”= the post office has not scanned or updated tracking
☻ I can generally control the processing time but once it’s with the mail carrier, I am not responsible for delays or lost packages
☻ If an item is damaged by the postal service or not delivered, please contact USPS with your tracking number. If you would like your order insured, please select priority (expedited) mail at check out. 
☻If an item has free shipping, it is first class (standard).
☻Shipping delays are expected around upcoming holidays. Please keep this in mind when ordering holidays items

Care Instructions

☻ Shirts: Wash inside out with like colors on cold. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on design. If care instructions are followed, vinyl will not lift. It is okay to iron over sublimated designs. 
☻ Cups: do not apply cold cups to heat. Hand-wash only. Not dishwasher or microwave safe. Do not soak. Some cups are sealed with a clear food-safe coating to seal the vinyl. Some cups are sealed with food-safe resin.
☻ If care instructions are followed, vinyl should not come off.
☻ Hair Accessories: do not leave piggies in heat. Spot treat stains.
☻ Keychains: spot treat stains. Do not leave resin in extreme heat
☻ Sewn items: wash inside out with like colors in cold water. Hang to dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron    

Return Policy

☻ All custom, holiday, & discounted orders are final sale
☻ Due to the custom nature of products on www.brinseyandco.com, cancellations are not allowed.
☻ If a holiday item is delivered after the holiday, i cannot issue a refund or exchange because once an item ships, the delivery & shipping time is not in my control. For faster delivery, select priority mail at checkout. Be mindful of upcoming holidays and plan in advance. 
☻ I do not allow returns or exchanges for sizing. I recommend sizing up if you are hesitant about a size. Please choose carefully. For help picking a size email info@brinseyandco.com or DM on Instagram @brinseyandco
only allow returns or exchanges if a delivered item is wrong or is damaged (not due to shipping)☻ If an order is wrong or damaged (not due to shipping), please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with picture proof
☻ If an order is missing or lost by USPS, I cannot issue a refund. You must contact USPS & open a claim. I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
☻ if item is eligible for a return, you will be emailed a return label. customer must send the item back & a refund will be issued when received & inspected by Brinsey & Co.
