☻ www.brinseyandco.com is RTS, MTO, & Choose Your Style
☻ MTO & Choose Your Style is made & shipped within a 2-4 week TAT (business days Monday-Friday, up to 28 days, not including holidays). RTS is shipped in 1-3 days
☻Please keep in mind, this is a small family run business & products are handmade so patience is appreciated!

☻If you’d like something different than what you see here, email info@brinseyandco.com or send me a DM on Instagram @brinseyandco so we can discuss the details of the order & create a custom listing for you.
☻Custom orders are final sale & will only be processed after payment is received.

Sizing & Quality
☻ Measurements if provided on listings are approximate.
☻ Please be mindful of sizing when ordering, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing due to the custom nature of each order. If you need help deciding on a size, please reach out to us!
☻ Shirts & fabric are very soft & amazing quality! We're very selective about how products feel & comfort is important to us! Fabric is custom scaled & printed & made in the USA.

Shipping Policy
☻Shipping is ground advantage (standard) or priority mail (expedited). Ground Advantage is an estimated 5-7 days. Priority mail is estimated 3-5 days.
☻“Pretransit”= the post office has not scanned or updated tracking.
☻ We can generally control the processing time but once it’s with the mail carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.
☻ If an item is damaged by the postal service or not delivered, please contact USPS with your tracking number.
☻If an item has free shipping, it is first class/ground advantage (standard).
☻Shipping delays are expected around upcoming holidays. Please keep this in mind when ordering holidays items.
Care Instructions
☻ Shirts: Wash inside out with like colors on cold. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on design. If care instructions are followed, vinyl will not lift. It is okay to iron over sublimated designs.
☻ If care instructions are followed, vinyl should not come off any products.
☻ Hair Accessories: do not leave piggies in heat. Spot treat stains.
☻ Keychains: spot treat stains. Do not leave resin in extreme heat.
☻ Sewn items: wash inside out with like colors in cold water, gentle/handwash cycle. Hang to dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron. Hang dry products with fringe, lace, patches, or other added embellishments.
Return Policy
☻ All orders are final sale.
☻ Due to the custom nature of products on www.brinseyandco.com, cancellations are not allowed.
☻ If a holiday item is delivered after the holiday, we cannot issue a refund or exchange because once an item ships, the delivery & shipping time is not in our control. For faster delivery, select priority mail at checkout. Be mindful of upcoming holidays and plan in advance.

☻We only allow returns or exchanges if a delivered item is wrong or is damaged (not due to shipping).
☻If an order is wrong or damaged (not due to shipping), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with picture proof.
☻ If an order is missing or lost by USPS, You must contact USPS & open a claim. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
☻ if order is eligible for a return, you will be emailed a return label. customer must send the item back & a refund will be issued when received & inspected by Brinsey & Co.
